Our Biomedical Sciences alumni, Ms Wong Hoi Ting Rainbow (Class of 2024), has been awarded the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS). She will begin her MPhil-PhD journey in our School in the next academic year.

The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) was established by the Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong and aims to attract the best and brightest students from across the globe to pursue their PhD studies at Hong Kong universities. Awardees will each be entitled to an annual stipend of HK$337,200 (approx. US$43,230) and annual conference and research-related travel allowances of HK$14,000 (approx. US$1,790) for a period of up to three years.
