SBS Postgraduate Research Day 2025

The SBS Postgraduate Research Day 2025 has concluded successfully on 10 – 11 November 2025 at Hong Kong Science and Technology Park.

Graduation Ceremony of the Master of Science Programme in Genomics and Bioinformatics

The 2024-25 Graduation Ceremony of the Master of Science Programme in Genomics and Bioinformatics (the MSc Programme) was held on 8 November 2025 in the Lo Kwee-Seong Integrated Biomedical Sciences Building in Area 39, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, marking the successful completion of the Programme by its thirteenth batch of MSc Programme graduates.

Ash Scattering Ceremony of Silent Teachers Body Donation Programme

The School of Biomedical Sciences coordinates the “Silent Teachers Body Donation Programme” in support of medical education. Each year, the School holds two ash scattering ceremonies to express our profound gratitude to the Silent Teachers for their selfless contributions to advancing medical teaching and training.

We are pleased to highlight the accomplishments of Mr. Lau Kat Tik, a third-year PhD student in the MPhil-PhD Programme in Biomedical Sciences, who was awarded the Best Oral Presentation Award (SYIS) at the TERMIS-AP 2025 conference, held in Wuhan from 16 – 19 October 2025.
