Prof. Yu Huang, Chief of Vascular and Metabolic Biology Program of our School, received the “MOE Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards 2010 – Natural Science Award” for his project entitled “Cholesterol-lowering and Cardiovascular Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals”. The Award Presentation Ceremony was held at the Lecture Theatre of Shaw College in the Chinese University of Hong Kong on 1 March 2011.
The Natural Science Award was set up by the Ministry of Education to honour researchers who have made discoveries in natural science and applied science, or given explanations to natural phenomena and characteristics.
