Thematic Affiliation: Cancer Biology and Experimental Therapeutics
Research Interests:

  1. Reconstruction of gene regulatory networks
  2. Analysis of multi-omics data and 3D genome structures
  3. Development of bioinformatics algorithms, pipelines and tools
