The Inauguration Ceremony of the 4th Executive Committee of the Postgraduate Student Association of the School of Biomedical Sciences (SBSPSA) was held on 11 June 2015.
The Ceremony was officiated by Prof. Chan Wai-yee, Director of the School of Biomedical Sciences. In his opening remarks, Prof. Chan highly commended the contributions of the SBSPSA as a peer-support group for our students and expressed his earnest expectation on the future development of the Association. Mr. Wang Yubing, President of the 3rd Executive Committee of the SBSPSA then gave a summary report on the activities organized in the past year, and extended his best wishes to the new Executive Committee.
In recognition of their outstanding contribution to the School, Prof. Chan Wai-yee, Prof. Woody W.Y. Chan, Associate Director (Graduate Education) and Prof. Fung Kwok-pui, Associate Director (Administration) presented certificates of appreciation to the President and members of the 3rd Executive Committee of the SBSPSA. To conclude the ceremony, Mr. Lian Wei, President of the 4th SBSPSA Executive Committee briefly outlined the future activity plan for the SBSPSA.
