Co-organized by the Teaching and Learning Unit of our School and the Office of Knowledge and Education Exchange Platform (KEEP), The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), the “Experiencing KEEP” Workshop was successfully held on 30 June 2016.
The KEEP is a cloud-based eLearning platform, an initiative developed by the CUHK in collaboration with all 8 UGC-(University Grants Committee-)funded institutions in Hong Kong. It aims at providing educators and learners with innovative education resources and technologies for lifelong education.
During the workshop, an overview of the core services offered by KEEP was introduced, and some examples of how teachers using the KEEP platforms were shared as well. Participants were also given the opportunity to have hands-on experience of using various functions of KEEP. The workshop was rounded up with a tour at the Centre for eLearning Innovation and Technology (ELITE Centre) that supported the development of teaching courseware in the University.
